POI Foundation – Mission, Vision, Values

Mission

The POI FOUNDATION mission is to make a measurable difference and provide an avenue to success for all Hawaiians by leveraging our combined experience in the federal workplace to enable funding to increase opportunities in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) including aviation fields. This is crucial for Native Hawaiians and more importantly, our country as we prepare them for success in the jobs of the future.

Vision

The POI FOUNDATION vision is to be the charitable leader and educator in STEM fields across Hawaii by implementing an impeccable record for customer mission success resulting in an abundant types of STEM opportunities for our people.
